Automatic Conveyored 35kg Rubber Bale Cutter

The Model 5 Mk III automatic 35kg rubber bale cutter will handle all 25-35kg natural and synthetic rubber bales and does not require operator attention other than loading; it is a continuous blade cycling and conveyor advancing self contained unit.

The machines have an in-built cutting control and display unit operated by a Mitsubishi PC controlling all guillotine functions, enabling required cutting information such as nominal slice thickness, total number of cuts required or dwell time between cuts to be readily pre-programmed.

Comprehensively guarded to ensure safety the unit also offers optional inclined bale feed conveyors in a range of lengths and discharge conveyors for the cut slices.

WASTO Polymer Reclamation Machines

WASTO guillotines are steel fabricated with a top-mounted, double-acting, downstroke cylinder powering a 2-part blade to a cutting block recessed to accept all products, including reels, both lengthways and crossways.

WASTO hydraulically operated single-blade guillotines with inbuilt 2-stage oil hydraulic powerpacks require a minimum spares inventory of one spare blade tip and packet of hydraulic seals; no heavy running costs on blades, rotors, chambers or electricity demand.

Hydraulic cutting power means no heat is involved therefore no scorching or burning on sensitive plastic films and other heat sensitive materials.
